What are shipping costs and delivery times?

For U.S. Customers:
We offer three shipping turnaround options:
1. USPS Standard: 6-12 business days for $5.95.
2. FedEx/UPS Priority: 5-10 business days for $14.95. (Due to a temporary rate increase by the carriers, we have temporarily adjusted the price, and it is expected to return to $13.95 on January 21, 2025.)
3. FedEx/UPS Express: 4-8 business days for $23.95.
Please Note:The terms "Standard," "Priority," and "Express" describe the delivery speed guaranteed by the carrier. These classifications indicate the level of priority your order receives within the carrier's shipping network. While these terms are directly related to the carriers' service levels, the carriers' own shipping classifications may differ. This means that although we select services that align with these speed categories, the exact shipping service names or classifications used by FedEx and UPS may vary. Additionally, please be aware that external factors, such as extreme weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, can affect actual delivery times.
Free Shipping Offers (U.S. Customers Only):
- Glasses orders over $89 qualify for free USPS Standard shipping.
- Payne Rewards VIP enjoy free shipping for orders over $19, Insider over $59, and Explorer over $79.
- For qualifying free shipping orders, you can upgrade to Priority for $9 or Express for $18.
For Canadian Customers:
We offer two shipping options:
1. Canada Standard: 7-14 business days for $6.95.
2. Canada Express: 4-8 business days for $20.95.
Please note: This price is for general areas. Shipments to remote areas may incur additional costs due to higher logistics expenses.
Important Details:
- The time frames include both the production of your custom glasses and delivery.
- If your glasses are ready before the estimated time, we'll dispatch them immediately.
- Please note that there may be unforeseen shipping delays with carriers.
International Shipping Offers:
- For all customers outside the U.S. :You will receive a $5.95 discount on shipping for qualifying glasses orders above $89. This discount makes international shipping more accessible.
- Additionally, Payne Rewards VIP receive a $5.95 discount on shipping for orders over $19, Insider for orders over $59, and Explorer for orders over $79. This special offer reinforces our commitment to making eyewear affordable for our international community.

Can I use my FSA (flexible spending account) or HSA (health care saving account) card?

While we don't accept insurance directly, our pricing is designed to be competitive with what you would typically pay out of pocket with insurance when buying eyewear.
