Why do I need to join the Payne Rewards Points first?
To fully enjoy the benefits, you need to join Payne Rewards Points
first. Feel free to join anytime. After joining
Payne Rewards Points, maybe you will transition to the 'Explorer' level within the
first 24 hours.

How can I become a Insider/VIP?
There are two ways:
Automatic Upgrade by Spending:
You can qualify for Insider by reaching $100 in cumulative spending,
or $500 for VI
P status.
What is considered qualified spending for amounts of
$100/500?
Payment Upgrade Options:
Explorer can upgrade to Insider for $14.95 or to VI
P for $49.95. Insider can also upgrade to VI
P for $39.95.

If I reach the $100 spending threshold later in the year, do I
have to wait until January of the next year to start enjoying the
benefits?
No, you don't need to wait until January 1st of the next year. You
can start enjoying the benefits immediately.

When do my Payne Rewards status expire?
Once you reach the spending threshold in each calendar year, Your
Payne Rewards status remains valid until December 31st of the
following year.

After upgrading my level with a payment of $14.95/39.95/49.95, if
I change my mind, can I get a refund?
If you haven't made any orders or utilized the benefits since the
upgrade, you are eligible for a refund and downgrade. However, if
you have already made orders, refunds are not applicable.

What is considered qualified spending?
Qualified spending refers to the actual amount paid for eyewear
and accessories. This excludes payments made for gift card
purchases or any discounted amounts. It excludes amounts paid for
the purchase of the risk-free warranty. Shipping costs are also
excluded. It's important to note that the redeemed points' amounts
are also excluded from the qualified spending calculation. In the
case of returns, refund amount will no longer be considered for
annual spending. Our Payne Loyalty Program rewards you based on
the actual amount you spend on eligible products.

When will the order amount be accumulated into the annual spending
amount?
The order amount starts accumulating into the annual spending
amount 30 days after the order is successfully delivered. In the
case of returns, refund amount will no longer be considered for
annual spending. If returns result in an insufficient annual
spending amount, the customer's level will be adjusted
accordingly. Payne loyalty program tracks and rewards your
spending on eligible purchases, excluding any refunded or returned
amounts.

Can I apply my past purchases to my Payne Rewards membership after
joining?
We can track your spending from the date you join Payne Rewards
Points until January 1st. Unfortunately, we can't track spending
prior to January 1st of the current year. Any purchases made from
January 1st to the present date will count towards your rewards
once you join the program.

Valid for US residents only; others receive a $5.95 discount.

What is considered qualified spending for amounts of
$79/59/19+?

Are rewards points stackable during promotions for Insider and VIP?
Rewards points do not stack; they are calculated based on the
highest rate between the promotion and your lever tier, ensuring
you enjoy the maximum allowable points. Please note that orders
including a discount, sale orders redeeming points, and orders
part of an exchange do not earn points.

What exclusive promotions are available?
Explorer/Insider/VIP can participate in Points Raffle, Points
Redemption, and access exclusive offers. Early access to launches
and additional exclusive promotions will be communicated via
email. Explorer/Insider/VIP are automatically opted in to receive Payne
Rewards-related marketing emails; however, choosing to unsubscribe
will result in forfeiting these perks.

Will the points expire?
Your points will never expire as long as you have at least one purchase order on your account within 24 months.

Will I be reminded before my points expire?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email about one month before your points expire. Be sure to add service@mail.payneglasses.com to your address book.

Can I check how many points have I earned?
Yes, your reward summary and detailed activities are available from your account.

Will there be any change to the points to earn on each product or amount to redeem?
Payne Glasses may adjust the points earned on qualified product purchases or the redemption amount each year. Additionally, we may award more points for qualified purchases during certain promotion periods.

How do I know how many points to be earned on my order?
If you are a Payne Rewards Explorer and have logged in, the points to be earned should be displayed on the shopping cart page, order confirmation page, your rewards summary page, and also on your order confirmation email.

How to get my Free Birthday Gift?
First, submit your birthdate. Then, starting 30 days before your birthday until 11:59 PM on your birthday,
you can visit the website to claim your birthday gift. You have two options: a physical item or points, and you can choose one.
If you select the physical item, it will be added to your cart for you to order, with additional shipping charges.
The gift remains in the shopping cart for 7 days; if no order is placed within this time, it will expire automatically.
If you choose points, they will be directly added to your account.

Unfortunately, cash redemption for rewards and benefits is not

Individual rewards and benefits from your account cannot be shared
with others.

What am I agreeing to by joining?
By joining Payne Rewards, you agree that you have read, understood
and agree to be bound by the Reward Terms & Conditions, and the
terms of our
Privacy Policy
and our website

Can the Payne Rewards be terminated?
Yes. We may, in our sole discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or
terminate the program or any aspect or feature of Payne Rewards at
any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect
the value of rewards already accumulated or earned and/or the
ability to redeem accumulated rewards and benefits. And
customer-initiated opt-out from the Payne Reward is currently not
supported.

What happens to any benefits or rewards I have earned if the Payne
Rewards is terminated?
If the Payne Rewards is terminated, your benefits and rewards will
automatically terminate. We will advise Explorer/Insider/VIP, of the
effective date of termination of the Payne Rewards.

Who qualifies as a qualified customer?
Regular retail customers who joined our Payne Rewards. This
category excludes partners ( influencers and business customers),
