    Paid extra for anti-scratch coating. Followed the company's instructions for how to wash: Dawn dish soap with warm (but NOT hot) water and dry with the included microfiber cloth (but I had to email customer service to get this info, because no care instructions were included in my order). After just a month or so of having the glasses a lot of the coating is scratched. Reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful, said it was all my fault and wouldn't do anything.
