Desert Oval Prescription Glasses - Black

I bought Desert Oval in blue/coral for myself—an adult woman with a narrow face. One day it was part of the daily “free” promotion, so I snapped up a non-Rx pair to try as a tester. Some notes about this style: The contrast-color section (in my case, a coral color) around the eyes and the nose bridge is a rubbery-type material meant to grip one’s nose—potentially useful for teens learning to adapt to glasses. The temple arms have a feature where the contrast-color section folds down to hook around the wearer’s ears to prevent them from falling off. The overall feel is very lightweight—to me, it feels flimsy, but perhaps others might interpret it as refreshingly light. It does not have spring hinges and I worry that kids would snap off the temple arms easily.
